BIRDING UGANDA, SESSE ISLANDS KAMPALA
Overview
The Ssese Islands are one of the largest of eighty-four islands, northwest of Lake Victoria, Uganda. About forty-three of the islands are inhabited. The islands vary in size from less than 10,000 square meters to over 40 kilometers in length for the largest island, Buggala.
Day 1: Set off for Bukasa Island, tour Uganda.
Depart from Entebbe by Launch to Bukasa Island or travel by car via Masaka Road to Nyendo then to Bukakata, cross the lake by the ferry and proceed to Bukasa Island. Meet the friendly Islanders, delightful empty beaches, and the fascinating peaceful environment. Dinner and overnight at the Ssese Palm Beach. Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner
Day 2: Full day at the Islands, tour Uganda.
After breakfast, we shall have a full day exploring the Islands. Spot Different species of primates and bird enroute.

Day 3: Birding tour of Ssese Islands, Uganda tour safari.
After breakfast, we’ll go birding on the various Islands. Picnic lunch enroute.
After lunch return to Palm Beach, relax, take a walk around the beach and have a feel of the pure white sand. Go fishing in the afternoon till the wee hours of the evening.

Day 4: Half day exploring the Ssese Islands / return to Kampala.
