Overview

Our 12 day Savannah Safari in Uganda takes you to the Murchison Falls National Park, the largest national park in Uganda, renowned for its scenic beauty and the spectacular falls from which the park derives its name. The sight and sound of the falls as the Mighty Nile River crashes through a 7 meter gorge before tumbling 40 meters down in a thunderous explosion makes a memorable assault on the senses. Enjoy memorable game drives, a boat cruise and viewing of the mesmerizing scenery in this national park.

The savannah safari then takes you across Northern Uganda to Kidepo Valley National Park, an area seldom visited by tourists because of its remoteness, to see the beautiful and the unique unspoiled landscape and incredible variety of wildlife in this hidden haven.

Then travel south to Mt Elgon to see the stunning Sipi Falls that cascades over a 100 meter cliff and other scenic landscapes characteristic of this mountain. The Savannah Safari in Uganda crowns with a visit to Jinja to see the spot where the Mighty River Nile starts the 6,700 Km journey through Sudan and Egypt into the Mediterranean Sea.
